AFTER OPENING CEREMONIES COMMANDER ASKED FOR ANY BUSINESS THAT NEEDED TO BE BROUGHT BEFORE THE EXECUTIVE BOARD.
2ND VICE LOIS FLINT REPORTED ON THE SUCCESS OF THE VIRTUAL BOYS STATE. NEXT YEAR’S PLANS ALREADY IN THE WORKS.
ADJUTANT GAVE A BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE. $4,052.09 REPORTED DELINGUENT POSTS FOR PER CAPITA. POST 31 QUESTIONED THAT THEY HAD PAID. (LATER CONFIRMED POST 31 PAID)
JAMES BOGAN AND JOHN TOMKINSON ARRIVED.

JOHN TOMKINSON MADE MOTION OF $300.00 DONATION TO THE DEFENDERS LODGE CHECK TO BE MADE OUT TO THE UVCMC FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE LODGE.
NATASHA ONCE AGAIN BROUGHT UP GETTING ASSISITANCE TO THE DIXON POST WHICH WAS DESTROYED BY THE DIXON FIRE. AT THIS TIME ALL SEEMS TO BE IN ORDER AS FAR AS THEIR FUTURE IS CONCERNED. IT WAS SUGGESTED EACH POST WITHIN THE DISTRICT DONATED $100 FORWARD THE ASSISTANCE TO THE POST.
