NEW 28TH DISTRICT COMMANDER INSTALLED

BAKERSFIELD, CA - June 23, 2008. The newly elected commander for the American Legion, 28th District, Area 2, Department of CA, MICHAEL RYAN was installed as the new district commander during a ceremony held on June 22, 2008. . The installation of all new district officers was held during the American Legion Department of California Convention at the Bakersfield Convention Center.
